Highland Park 12 Year Old, Viking Honour

Highland Park 12 Year Old is from the Island region, being Scotland's northernmost distillery near Kirkwall on Orkney. 
This Scotch combines the perfect balance of smoke and sweetness.  It is a cornucopia of complex flavors balanced to provide a smooth and creamy finish.

PLEASE NOTE:This is the newer 12 Year old, matured entirely in sherry casks. For the older bottling, which was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, please see the Gift Set which combines the older version of the 12 Year Old in 750ml bottle with a 50ml miniature bottle of the Dark Origins, now also discontinued.

Citrus fruits.

Taste:
Smoky, charred sweetness, smooth, heather, malt, spice orange,jasmine.

Long finish with a balance of citrus and spice.
