Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are generally final.

Tallac Liquors does not accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic products once they have left the store or been delivered, except in the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during shipping or delivery  
• The incorrect item was received  

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product so we can assist you.

If approved, Tallac Liquors will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Tallac Liquors.

Age Verification

Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. Age verification may be required at the time of pickup or delivery.

Tallac Liquors reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that do not meet legal requirements.
