Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2025

This rich, palate coating whiskey is a marriage of wheated bourbons aged for 11, 13 and 14 years respectively in the limestone cellars at Maker’s Mark distillery. The cool climate of these cellars allows for a balanced interaction between spirit and cask, making for elegant whiskies with excellent ageing potential. Even after more than a decade in new American oak, there’s a great balance here between fruity spirit character and creamy, spicy notes from the wood. Expect a palate of spiced apple tart, citrus oils and hints of stone fruit followed by fudge, nutmeg and vanilla cream.
